Conditions

We inspect every product individually and assign it one of the following conditions, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Product conditions

  • New

    • Factory sealed and packaged (shrink wrap/seal intact)
    • Unopened and unused
    • All inserts, manuals and accessories included

  • Like New

    • No or only minimal signs of use
    • Case and packaging in pristine condition
    • Complete incl. all inserts and accessories

  • Very Good

    • Minor signs of use on the item at most
    • Case and packaging may show slight signs of use
    • Complete incl. accessories (minor signs of use possible)
    • All discs function flawlessly

  • Good

    • Noticeable signs of use on the item possible
    • Case and packaging may show noticeable signs of use
    • Cover may show wear or be missing
    • Manuals and slipcovers may be missing, accessories complete
    • All discs function flawlessly

  • Acceptable

    • Heavy signs of use on the item and packaging
    • Case may be damaged or missing
    • Manuals, inserts and accessories may be missing
    • Functional, but with significant wear

Graded trading cards

Graded cards have been inspected and rated by an independent company and sealed in a protective case. The rating scale follows the standards of the respective company:
