We ship exclusively within Germany via DHL. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Every shipment includes tracking.

Insurance

Every shipment is insured. For high-value items (e.g. graded items), the shipment is insured for a correspondingly higher amount.

USK/FSK 18 and import items

Items rated USK/FSK 18 as well as imported games without a German age rating are delivered by DHL with visual age verification. The delivery must be accepted in person - please have a valid ID ready. Handing the parcel over to third parties is not possible.

Alternatively, you can select collection at checkout. There you can see at which locations collection is available.
